Story 📖: The brothers founded Viña Zorzal in 2007 to craft artisanal wines that highlight the terroir of Fitero, a rocky, clay-rich subzone of Navarra. Their grandfather and father ran a successful family winery more focused on commercial production, but their approach is quite the opposite. With 40 hectares of organic vineyards, including old bush vines of Garnacha and Graciano, they focus on single-parcel expressions. Their low-intervention approach includes manual farming, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal sulfur use, resulting in wines that truly reflect their land and heritage.
