Story 📖: Daniel and Jonas Brand are redefining what’s possible in the Pfalz. These brothers took over their family’s estate with a fresh vision, converting to organic and biodynamic farming and embracing a low-intervention approach in the cellar. 

Their Pur Riesling undergoes a 7-day cold maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation and élevage in old barrique, giving it a textured depth while preserving its bright, racy character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s a striking expression of the region—raw, vivid, and full of energy. As a personal touch, all the “Pur” labels are hand-drawn by the brothers’ grandmother.
