Viteadovest 'Vurgo' Bianco 2020 Sicily, Italy

A salty, slightly tannic orange wine from the northwestern end of Sicily. 2 days of skin contact. Farming is organic, fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, and the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additives (including no added sulfites).
