Giampaolo Venica and his family care a great deal about the grapes they grow and want to show off what Pinot Grigio can do in their Friulian vineyards. This has a lot more going on aromatically than most Pinot Grigio, and even has a tinge of the beautiful copper color from the skins of the grapes. This is Pinot Grigio at it's finest, made by real people.
