The name of the area in southern Sicily that Corrado calls paradise is "Buonivini," or good wine. Third generation to make wines on the land, which is Corrado's focus. The wine has fruity aromas of white peach and pear, it is dry and almost salty on the palate with a great balance of ripe fruit and minerality.
