Catalonian Skin-Contact wine from Sicus. Single vineyard of Cartoixa located at 220m elevation right on the coast. 25 year-old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment whole-bunch in tank for 90-days prior to pressing. Aged for 1 month in amphora prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5%ABV
