Story 📖: Ronchi di Cialla is a historic estate founded in the early 1970s by Paolo and Dina Rapuzzi in the rugged hills of Cialla. From the beginning, the family has championed local varieties and sustainable viticulture in Friuli’s easternmost vineyards, near the Slovenian border. Today, their sons continue their legacy, farming organically and focusing on wines with deep regional character and aging potential.

This Friulano comes from estate vineyards rooted in marl and sandstone soils. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s a vivid expression of the grape’s natural complexity and Cialla’s cool alpine-influenced terroir.
