Pierre and his parents are the sole winemaking operation in a chai that has housed winemakers since the 18th century. While Pierre has only been making wine at the family domain since 2014, his style and personality are already clearly defined in each wine. This Brouilly is fermented semi-carbonic in concrete tanks with absolutely zero sulfur. The wines are vibrant and textural and absolutely live up to the hype. Only 500 cases are made each year.
