"Les Sable is the second cuvée of the estate: as the name indicates, it comes from 15 to 35 year old vines from sandy soil, pretty much always the same terroir every year. The wine is made in the same way than all the other white. Malo is done. Because of its profile, they age it in a mix of oak vessels."
