Since the turn of the century, Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa have played a crucial role in the indigenous varietal renaissance (and natural wine movement) of Penedes, Spain. So, it might come as a surprise to learn that they are both born and raised in Italy. After settling in the historic Catalan region, the couple began to seek out old vines and vineyards that had fallen out of fashion, or often, into disrepair. 

Hand harvested, each varietal separately, goes through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and 300 L neutral casks. Blended and goes through 8 months in 300 L neutral barrels, plus 1 month in a Stainless Steel tank.
