Oriol had some help from his friends. These grapes are from Edouard Pié’s uncle from Sicus, the Penedès producer of wild wines. 100% Xarel-lo, 3-4 days skin maceration in fiberglass, racked into same vessel to age 7 months. Austere, reductive, great citrus on the palate, limestoney and dense.
