Alessandro Uslenghi is third generation to farm this huge (520 acre) estate in Piedmont. Only 60 acres to vineyards- so this is a full fledged biodynamic operation. Meaning it is a self sustaining ecosystem where everything used comes from the earth, vegetation or animals on the grounds. This is from a single vineyard, about 20 years old. It's aged in steel tanks before bottling.
