American Michael Schmelzer in the heart of Chianti. He bought organic vineyards in the best area in 2003 and started farming biodynamically. Now a 130 acre estate (23 of vines, the rest for other vegetation and animals) that rivals the best Chianti's. Steel and cement for fermentation then into used oak.
