Story 📖: Meinklang is a family-run, biodynamic farm and winery that embodies a holistic approach to agriculture, with each family member playing a vital role. Werner is at the helm of winemaking, Hannes oversees the farm’s machinery and fieldwork, and Lukas tends to the plants and animals. 

Spanning 5,000 acres, the farm is a self-sufficient, closed-loop system that integrates diverse livestock, including cattle, pigs, horses, sheep, and chickens, alongside a wide variety of crops such as spelt, oats, barley, millet, buckwheat, apples, and grapes.

Mulatschak is the term for lively conversation in Hungary, as well as eastern Austria.
