Story 📖: Louis-Antoine is a Burgundy native who has become a trailblazer for small-scale, terroir-driven winemaking in Chile. He partners with independent farmers to produce wines using organic methods in the vineyard and a natural approach in the cellar. His País wines—crafted from vines that are often 200+ years old and on their original rootstock—highlight the unique soils and microclimates of individual vineyard parcels. Louis-Antoine is redefining the potential of this overlooked grape and setting a new standard for Chilean winemaking.

Great with a chill, this is a blend of both carbonic maceration and tradtional fermentation. This is his ‘nouveau’ style wine, bottled one month after harvest.
