Christian Binner started a movement for real wine in Alsace.  He and his friends now make a bunch of different wines under the 'Les Vins Pirouettes' label. This is in an effort to help them bottle on their own and not just sell off their grapes. This is cultivated and vinified by Domaine Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm from Dambach-la-Ville.
