Christian Binner started a movement for real wine in Alsace.  He and his disciples now make a bunch of different wines under the 'Les Vins Pirouettes' label.  At the same time, the Brutal wine corporation is an amazing group of natural winemakers who take part in making a wine that is brutal or extreme in some way.  One barrel, no sulfur.  Those are the rules. This is cultivated and vinified by Jean-Luc et Michèle Shaeringer from Domaine Wymann.
