Riesling from vintages 2016 and 2017; during the 2018 harvest, they were blended with fresh juice of skin-macerated Sylvaner. Elevage on lees in fiberglass tanks. Racked and bottled without fining, filtration or sulfur added.

Rich, flamboyant white with heaps of spices and exotic fruit – although not really sparkling, there’s a slight fizzy lift, hence also the crown cap closure.

Christian Binner started a movement for real wine in Alsace.  He and his disciples now make a bunch of different wines under the 'Les Vins Pirouettes' label.  At the same time, the Brutal wine corporation is an amazing group of natural winemakers who take part in making a wine that is brutal or extreme in some way.  One barrel, no sulfur.  Those are the rules.
