New new Cali from three friends. From a unique site in the Redwood Valley. Everything is done by hand, neutral French oak for aging on the lees. Medium to full bodied, with toasty notes to accompany the lemon and pineapple on the nose. Some cream and brioche on the palate with driving acidity.
