Juan Francisco Farina Los Loros ‘Listan Blanco de Canarias’

JuanFra, as he's known to his friends, has been crushing it on the east side of Tenerife since the early 2000s. Needless to say, he knows his stuff. This is the indigenous white done in steel on the lees for six months. It has body and texture but acidity to match, the dominant fruits are orchard but minerality wins out.
