Three brothers farming grapes biodynamically helped by an all star winemaker are making some high quality, great value wines from central Spain. One week on the skins in a mix of clay and neutral oak makes this pretty on the nose with ripe citrus and flowers. It has a little tannin and texture but is light and crisp.
