Pedro Rodríguez is at the helm of this project which was started in 1991. Named after his grandfather, the translation is "rebel." In 2000 Pedro met with Raúl Pérez and with a few adjustments the leap in quality was immediate.  This is medium bodied. It is an unoaked, fresh expression of Mencia with tart dark fruit and hints of smoke.
