Story: Certified Organic. 100% Malvazija Istriana. 12 hours of maceration; fermented and aged in stainless steel for roughly six months. Ocean marl soils, coming from a terraced, south-facing plot of younger vines immediately on the Adriatic. Unfined, unfiltered, around 30mg/l SO2 added before bottling. Salty, bracing, with supple medium-plus weight. Significantly less floral than more ‘standard’ varieties of Mediterranean Malvasia.
