And this is for me, again, one of the most “complete” of the ciders; the brisk, tart cider foundation is complimented and enhanced by this green, minty freshness that I just love – it feels like being in an apple orchard, after a rainstorm, drinking chamomile mint tea. Or something like that. You know what I mean. Dry!"
