Conca de Barberà, Spain
A lifelong winemaker, Joan started making wine in Conca de Barberà in 1999. He stopped using SO2 in 2005. He is a master. The wines need some time, but rarely get it. This is medium in body with a little tannin too. It has earth, mushrooms, and spice on the nose with plums dark cherry on the palate.
