Envínate is the gang of four friends who started a consultancy in 2005 after wine school. Envínate (or "wine yourself") has vineyards in a few areas around Spain - all of which are worked by hand. No chemicals are used and only wild yeasts. This is their project from Ribeira Sacra. This bottle is the tiny production (150 cases) of Mencia with some other local grapes in very small percent. It goes into old oak for 11 months before bottling.
