From Sven and Florian. Baden has modernized most of its winemaking but these guys do things the old school way. Using old Dujac barrels might have gotten them noticed, but the wines have been speaking for themselves since 2007. Light bodied with a little bit of tannin. Generous fruits, with red berries on the nose. Baking spices and darker fruit on the palate, with a mouth watering finish.
