Stephane is the mad scientist of the Jura. He makes over 25 different wines! He kept this an extra year. It ferments whole cluster and goes into Burg barrels for a year. Lovely aromas of baking spice and crunchy red fruit. Medium bodied with integrated tannins, earthy and blackberries on the palate.
