Story: From the the premier village of Rasteau in the southern part of the Cotes-du-Rhône, this wine is packed with dark chappy fruit balanced with acidity and tannin. A very food friendly wine. Elodie Balme is young female winemaker who studied under Marcel Richaud, one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture. She founded Domaine Elodie Balme when she was 23 years old.
