Domaine de l'Octavin 'Cariboom!' Red 2022 Jura, France

This blend of roughly equal parts of Carignan and Grenache comes from the biodynamic vineyards of Claude Ughetto in the Vaucluse. The former was pressed directly, with the Grenache added to the fermenting juice as whole bunches to infuse gently for two weeks, before being pressed to cuve to rest until the following spring.
