Story 📖: Diletta Tonello is one of the most exciting young winemakers in Veneto, breathing new life into the region’s native Durella grape. Coming from a family of winemakers, she set out to highlight Durella’s naturally high acidity and electric energy, crafting wines that are both terroir-driven and irresistibly fresh.
‘Io Cloe’ is a pure expression of Durella, fermented with native yeasts in steel tanks and aged in concrete for one year. It’s a wine that walks the line between interesting and complex, showcasing citrusy vibrance and a distinct volcanic minerality from the Monti Lessini hills.
