Brothers farming a few special cites in the valley, they have vineyards on all soils: Silex (flint) brings minerality and flintiness, while Terre Blanche, or Kimmeridgean marl (clay with limestone underneath) brings richness, and Caillottes (gravelly limestone) brings acidity. Medium bodied with lime, pear and a hint of flintiness.
