The 2022 blends fruit from both their Bridgehampton estate and the Mudd West Vineyard on the North Fork. The grapes were hand-harvested, fermented on skins with ambient yeasts for 19 days, then aged for 8 months in old French and Slovenian puncheons. The result is a dry, savory orange wine that’s wildly aromatic and deeply food-friendly—perfect for fans of structure and spice.
