Story 📖: Brij is the micro négociant label from Rajat Parr, best known for his trailblazing work as a sommelier and founder of Sandhi, Domaine de la Côte, and Evening Land. While Phelan Farm focuses on estate fruit, Brij allows Raj to work with organically farmed vineyards tended by like minded growers on the SLO Coast. Named for his father, Brij is a tribute to familial roots, collaborative farming, and Raj’s belief that great wine begins in living soil.
