Anne-Sophie grew up in Champagne and learned her craft in Burgundy. She is now upending Beaujolais and making her wines in a Burgundian style from an organically farmed vineyard in Fleurie. De-stemmed and aged in neutral oak for 13 months. The wine is pretty with tart red fruit and high toned minerality. It has a little tannin and a lasting finish.
