Story πŸ“–: Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme is a Loire legend who began his path after leaving high school to follow his passion for winemaking. He apprenticed at Clos du Tue-Boeuf alongside the Puzelat brothers and later worked closely with Thierry Puzelat at Domaine Puzelat-Bonhomme. Today, Pierre-Olivier farms 10 hectares of his own vineyards and rents an additional six hectares, focusing on single variety wines from both popular and nearly forgotten Loire grapes, with a strong commitment to organic farming.

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from vines planted between 1983 and 2008 in Touraine on flinty clay, limestone, chalk, and sandy soils. The grapes were direct pressed, fermented, and aged on lees for eight months.Β
