Style: Medium bodied with a smooth texture and driving acidity. Pear, lemon blossom, crushed stone, and a hint of hazelnut. 

Details: Altesse from organically and biodynamically farmed parcels in the foothills of the Alps. Fermented naturally and raised in tank to preserve purity and tension. No fining, filtering or SO2.

Story: The domaine began with Michel Grisard, one of the most influential growers in Savoie and the voice for reviving the region’s forgotten grapes. His work laid the blueprint for modern Savoie wine: meticulous farming, respect for old vines, and a commitment to local varieties. Grisard retired in 2015 and handpicked the Giachino family to continue his life’s work. Frédéric and David Giachino carry forward Grisard’s legacy of purity, tradition, and authenticity.
