Biodynamically farmed by Baptiste himself. Planted in 1974 (these are the vines that Baptiste’s father Olivier used to make the le Cousin Grolleau). Whole cluster fermentation for 14 days, then 6 months of elevage in large old barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added. Juicy, refreshing and beautifully savage.
