Details đ:Â Sourced from very old "cordĂłn trenzado" vines over 100 years old planted between 350 and 600 meters in the Valle de la Orotava near La Perdoma, historically known as Migan. Fruit comes from multiple parcels on volcanic soils mixed with clay, sand, and basalt. Hand harvested and foot trodden. Fermented in concrete with partial whole cluster. Aged for about one year in neutral French oak, foudre, and concrete. Bottled without fining or filtration with a small addition of sulfur at bottling. Starting with the 2021 vintage, Migan is held back and released a year later to allow the wine to soften and fully express itself on arrival.
