Style: Medium bodied with electric freshness and a smooth texture. Preserved lemon, peach, green almond, spring herbs. 

Details: 90 year old vines in clay soils. Certified organic with biodynamic practices. Hand harvested, fermented in neutral 228 and 300 liter barrels. Aged on full lees for 24 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero SO2. Only 2k bottles made. 

Story: Domaine Saint Cyr sits in the golden limestoned hills of the Pierre Dorées where Raphael Saint Cyr has transformed his family’s domaine into one of the most dynamic estates in the Beaujolais. A 4th generation vigneron with the build of a retired rugby titan and the energy of a teenager, Raphael converted to organics after witnessing the toll of chemical farming on earlier generations.
