The return of an old favourite, this mind-bending field blend is made up of roughly equal parts of Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin from La Mailloche. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for six weeks, before being pressed to cuve until the following spring. Deep purple, this offers a kaleidoscopic expression of the region and its charismatic varieties, with wild aromas of spiced quince and blood orange bitters taking centre stage. Thrillingly unique.
