Domaine de l'Octavin 'Betty Bulles' 2024 Jura, France

This vibrant pétillant is made from a direct press of Vermentino, Roussanne, Marsanne and Muscat from grapes picked in both the Vaucluse and Roussillon. The grapes were pressed directly to vats and the wine finished fermentation in the bottle, where it rested for just a few months before disgorgement.
