Details 📌: From the Sisters Vineyard, planted in 2012 as the first of its kind in the Willamette Valley. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts with no sulfur added. The wine is hand pigeaged and sees a 15 day maceration before aging for six months in neutral French oak. Total production is only 336 cases.
