Style 😋: Juicy, chillable, and delightfully rustic. Red currants, sour cherry, and fresh herbs meet zippy acidity and a whisper of earth, finishing light but full of charm.

Grape 🍇: 100% Grignolino

Place 🌎: Monferrato, Piedmont, Italy

Story 📖: Fabrizio Iuli is a third-generation winemaker in the village of Montaldo di Cerrina in Monferrato, where his family has been tending vines since the early 1900s. Along with his wife Barbara, Fabrizio farms organically and works with native grapes—especially those that are under-loved or nearly forgotten, like Grignolino and Slarina. His approach is thoughtful but relaxed: always natural, always expressive, and always about letting the vineyard speak.

‘Natalin’ is named for Fabrizio’s grandfather, Natale, who taught him to love the land. Made from 100% Grignolino—a grape known for its pale color, lively acidity, and spicy kick—this bottling is fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel for a bright, super drinkable red. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s best with a chill and a good conversation.

Pairing 🍽: Marinated white beans.
