"Harvested in October from Viviano Vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island. The grapes spend six days on skins before being pressed into tank to settle, then racked into neutral barrel. Yes I dig this but not just because it's Riesling, I think. I like its specific crushed Sweet Tart candy thing, that most pleasant and mineral-feeling reduction. I like its blunt energy, its refreshing force. A bright and citrusy mid-palate feels expansive and slightly textured and the whole thing, complete."
