Place: Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain

Story: Very old Listan Negro from two different plots. One grown on Volcanic sand at the highest elevation (600m), the other on clay from farther down the slope. About half gets destemmed. Fermented in concrete, into old oak for about a year.
