Story: Domaine aux Moines was founded in 1981 by Monique Laroche and is now run by her daughter, Tessa. It's located in Savennières, which is a small area in the Loire Valley well known for producing some of the most age worthy Chenin Blanc. The family has always used natural methods in both their vineyard and winemaking. While this will be a different kind of delicious a few years from now, it’s difficult to wait.
