Stefano Caruso’s family has been growing grapes for Marsala production since the late 1800s. Stefano took over in 2004 and shifted the focus to dry wines made from indigenous varietals. The “Bio” line of wines come from 5ha of vines that are farmed organically. Made for everyday drinking, this Catarratto is bright and fresh, with lots of Meyer lemon and hints of tropical fruit, all laid out across that beautiful Mediterranean texture. Definitely not your grandfather’s Catarratto!
