Details: Sourced exclusively from the famed Lahoma Vineyard on the west side of Seneca Lake. The grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 24 hours before pressing to enhance texture and aroma. It was fermented in stainless steel and rested on its fine lees for several months. 56 g/L RS, 8% abv.
