Details: Sourced from "The Knoll," a distinct small sandstone hill within the famed Lahoma Vineyard. The grapes were crushed and cold soaked on their skins for 3 days to extract aroma and texture. After settling, the juice was fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels and puncheons, allowing the pure fruit and mineral character to shine.

Story: The highly anticipated personal project of two of the Finger Lakes' most celebrated winemakers, Kelby James Russell and Julia Rose Hoyle. Kelby, a native of the region, and Julia, a longtime local, honed their craft at renowned wineries like Red Newt Cellars before embarking on this journey.
